Procurement Specialist (m/f/d) part-time

Responsibilities:

  • Order processing including tracking all orders for materials and services to insure timely and accurate processing, quantity and quality control as well as the invoice checking
  • Full support of the purchase processes
  • Communicating and confirming information with vendors
  • Processing the incidents and service request in the ticketing system - internal and external communication handled in English
  • General administrative tasks

Minimum qualifications:

  • Completed professional training
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and German
  • Language skills in Spanish will be a plus
  • Experiences with MS Office and ERP systems
  • Highly team-oriented
  • Strong customer service skills required
